All orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Saturday and holidays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, upon receipt of the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
Shipping is free to the following locations:

For other locations, the fee of 2 thousand Kwanzas will be applied.

Exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days in case of regret. You can exchange your product for a different product at the same price as the purchased item or store credit.

Returned items must be sent in the original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and tear.
To start an exchange or return, follow these steps:

Choose the products you want to return or exchange;
Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email;
Indicate the reference of each item of your order to be returned
